Surfing is challenging for your body, we make sure you get the right warm up before entering the ocean.
Dry Run
Before entering the ocean, all motion sequences will be practiced on land

After every session you will be able to have a shower, fresh towels are included.
Refresh Yourself
Naturally scented cool towels will give your face a wonderful refreshment after a surf.
